KATHMANDU: Vehicular movement has been suspended on the Sisneri-Dakshinkali road, which connects Hetauda to Kathmandu, starting today and lasting until Dec 26.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Shyamu Aryal from the District Police Office, Makawanpur, the ban has been imposed to facilitate blacktopping work.
Similarly, traffic has also been halted on the Kulekhani-Fakhel-Matatirtha road due to ongoing upgradation work.
The Makawanpur District Police Office stated that vehicles can currently use the Kantilokpath road, Tribhuvan Highway, and Narayangadh-Muglin road to travel between Hetauda and Kathmandu.
