Police nabs Sobha Pathak

KATHMANDU: Sobha Pathak of Dhading has been taken into custody by the police.

She was arrested on Monday afternoon from the premises of the Kathmandu District Court.

According to the police, Pathak was detained following a cybercrime complaint filed by Rajkumar Tripathi.

SP Nawaraj Adhikari, spokesperson for the Kathmandu Police, stated that Pathak has been taken to the Swayambhu Police Circle.

Although the complaint was initially lodged on Dec 13, her arrest took place only recently.

Pathak is currently being held in police custody, and further investigation is underway, Adhikari added.

She had previously been arrested on similar cybercrime charges in Pulchowk.
