Citizens Bank partners with Bhokmantra to offer exclusive discounts

KATHMANDU: Citizens Bank International Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bhokmantra Pvt. Ltd., located in Gongabu, Kathmandu, to offer special discounts to the bank’s customers.
Following this agreement, Citizens Bank’s cardholders and mobile banking users will be entitled to an attractive discount of up to 10% at Bhokmantra Pvt. Ltd.
The bank believes that such collaborations will not only benefit customers but also encourage a shift from cash transactions to digital transactions.

Recently, Citizens Bank was honored with the title of ‘Bank of the Year 2024.’ Furthermore, the bank, in collaboration with PhonePay, launched Nepal’s first-ever ‘Citizens PhonePay Credit Card.’
This virtual credit card allows users to enjoy credit card services by scanning through their mobile phones, eliminating the need for a physical card.
