SuryaJyoti Life Insurance launches reward scheme for online policy renewal via Khalti
Those renewing before the due date will receive Rs 500, while those renewing within seven days of the due date will get Rs 300, the company announced.
KATHMANDU: SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company has introduced an attractive plan in collaboration with the Khalti payment gateway, offering enticing rewards for its policyholders who renew their policies online.
Under this plan, any policyholder who pays their premium through the Khalti app between Dec 3, 2024 (Mangsir 18, 2081) and Jan 13, 2025 (Poush 29, 2081) will be eligible to receive various rewards.
Policyholders can avail of cashback ranging from Rs 300 to Rs 500.
Those renewing before the due date will receive Rs 500, while those renewing within seven days of the due date will get Rs 300, the company announced.
Additionally, as part of the weekly reward program, one lucky policyholder will win two movie tickets each week. A biweekly draw will award one winner with a pair of earbuds.
Furthermore, policyholders using the SuryaJyoti mobile app to pay their premiums will receive a mobile top-up worth Rs 50.
The scheme’s bumper prize will grant one lucky winner a smartphone, offering policyholders a golden opportunity to win big rewards.
Highlighting the benefits, CEO Prakash Bikram Khatri stated that such programs not only promote the use of the company’s mobile app but also encourage the adoption of digital technology.
This enables policyholders and agents to conveniently access various services from home and stay updated on the company’s announcements and initiatives.
The company has also successfully announced a 20% cash dividend for its shareholders, following the approval of the financial statement for fiscal year 2080/81 within the stipulated time set by regulatory authorities.
Additionally, the Book Closure Date is set for Dec 6, 2024 (Mangsir 21, 2081), and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Dec 20, 2024 (Poush 6, 2081).
