Hezbollah leader claims victory over Israel

KATHMANDU: Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem has declared victory in the recent conflict with Israel, claiming his group successfully thwarted Israeli efforts to weaken Hezbollah and undermine resistance.

Speaking in his first televised address after the ceasefire went into effect early Wednesday, Qassem called the outcome a significant victory for the resistance against the Israeli enemy.

He emphasized the importance of coordination between Hezbollah and the Lebanese army to ensure the implementation of the agreement.
