Power outage in Kathmandu: NEA announces 4-hour cut for maintenance

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has announced scheduled power outages in various areas under the Maharajgunj Distribution Center.

According to the NEA, locations including Basundhara, Chakrapath, Samakhusi, Tokha Road, Greenland Chowk, and Grande Hospital will experience power cuts from 10 AM to 2 PM.

The outages are necessary for cable line expansion and maintenance work.

The NEA has apologized for the inconvenience caused to its customers during this period.
