realme expands service: 5th service center now in Dang

KATHMANDU: realme, the most trusted technology brand, has inaugurated its 5th service centre in Nepal, located in New road, Dang.
This new service centre is the first in Lumbini State, marking a significant milestone in realme’s commitment to enhancing customer experience across the country.
With service centres already established in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Itahari, and Dhangadhi, this latest addition aims to provide convenient access to after-sales services for customers in the western regions of Nepal.
The Dang service center offers comprehensive after-sales support, including repair and maintenance services, diagnostics and troubleshooting, and warranty and support services.
The service centre is designed to cater to realme’s growing customer base, ensuring quick and efficient resolutions for all product-related concerns.
Operating from 10 AM to 6 PM, the centre is staffed with skilled technicians trained to deliver high-quality service aligned with realme’s global standards.
