KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML held an election rally in Kirtipur Municipality today, the final day of election campaigning.
Top party leaders, including General Secretary Shankar Pokharel and Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai, were present at the event.
By-elections are scheduled for this Sunday, Dec 1 (Mangsir 16), across 41 local levels in Nepal.
