KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has been invited to the 21st National Jyapu Day (Yomari Punhi) celebrations by the leaders of the Newar community.
The event, scheduled for Dec 15, will feature traditional music and festivities.
In response to the invitation, Prime Minister Oli praised Newar culture as the most developed among Nepal’s diverse cultures.
He highlighted that Newar culture, being refined and sophisticated, serves as a reflection of Nepalese culture as a whole.
