KATHMANDU: A petition regarding the land allegedly donated by Bhatbhateni operator Min Bahadur Gurung for the construction of the UML party office has been postponed again.

Despite several hearings being scheduled since the issuance of a short-term interim order on Oct 218he case has yet to be heard.
Advocate Gyan Bahadur Basnet had filed the petition seeking the cancellation of the decision to donate the land to UML through an interim order.
Gurung had announced on Oct 11 that he donated a 10 ropani, 14 ana plot of land in Kathmandu’s Kirtipur Municipality-2, Maitrinagar, for the construction of UML’s central office.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Gurung’s family jointly laid the foundation stone for the UML headquarters building.
