KATHMANDU: Chinese electric car manufacturer, Hozon Auto, has clarified that there are no issues with the production and distribution of its popular Neta brand cars in the Nepali market.
In a press release, the company assured that both production and international distribution of Neta vehicles are proceeding smoothly.
“We want to ensure that there are no issues with Neta’s production and international distribution. Our products are regularly supplied to markets worldwide, including Nepal,” the statement read.
Hozon Auto also highlighted its partnership with CG Motors in Nepal, emphasizing that Neta cars are being distributed enthusiastically in the country.
The company expressed gratitude for the support received from Nepali consumers. “We highly value our customers’ post-purchase experience. Through our official distributor CG Motors, we are committed to providing spare parts for a minimum of 10 years for vehicles sold in Nepal,” said Hozon Auto.
Following recent negative media reports about Neta in Nepal, Hozon Auto issued a press release clarifying that the news was inaccurate and reaffirming their commitment to providing reliable services to their customers.
Additionally, the company mentioned that it has strengthened its financial and management capabilities by partnering with local government bodies in China.
