Kathmandu temperature hits year’s lowest at 8.2°C

KATHMANDU: The temperature in the Kathmandu Valley has dropped to its lowest point of the year.

According to measurements taken on the morning of Nov 24, the minimum temperature in the valley has fallen to 8.2°C.

Previously, on Nov 21, the temperature had dropped to 9°C, but it has now decreased further, with cold weather expected to intensify, as reported by the Department of Meteorology.

Meteorologists have stated that temperatures are dropping across the country, with the cold gradually becoming more severe.

They have advised the public to remain cautious, as the cold weather could impact daily activities.
