KATHMANDU President Ram Chandra Paudel, along with First Lady Sabita Paudel, offered condolences to the family of former Speaker and constitutional expert Daman Nath Dhungana.
Visiting the late Dhungana’s residence, they paid their respects and expressed heartfelt sympathy to the grieving family.
Dhungana, 83, passed away last Sunday during treatment.
He had been battling a long-term liver-related illness.
