KATHMANDU: Sanima Bank successfully held its 20th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, Nov 19.
The meeting, chaired by the bank’s chairman Tuk Prasad Poudel, approved a proposal from the board to distribute a 5.2632% cash dividend (including tax) on the current paid-up capital.
For the fiscal year 2023/24, the bank recorded a net profit of Rs 2.40 billion.
The bank’s total assets amounted to Rs 233.86 billion, total deposits reached Rs 199.38 billion, and loans and advances stood at Rs 164.94 billion.
Compared to the previous fiscal year 2022/23, the bank saw growth in deposits (11.48%), loans (10.06%), and total assets (8.45%).
