Man dies of electrocution

KATHMANDU: A 26-year-old man, Birendra Chaulagain, from Raragaun, Shubkhalika Rural Municipality-4, Kalikot, died on Monday morning after being electrocuted.

The incident occurred while he was working on an electric pole of the national transmission line in Chaulagai Bada, Shubkhalika Rural Municipality-7.

He was electrocuted and died at the scene.

The police are investigating the matter.
