KATHMANDU: Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited has launched the upgraded Muktinath FAIDA App (Financial Access in Digital Application) to promote digital payments, enhancing its mobile banking services with additional features.
With the launch of the Muktinath FAIDA App, customers can now access multiple benefits through a single mobile platform.
The app is designed with a comprehensive digital banking approach, allowing all customers to use banking services in a simple and secure manner from the comfort of their homes.
To ensure secure transactions, the app includes safety features such as security questions and device authentication, preventing unauthorized access.
Customers can make secure transactions using a single password across both mobile and web platforms. Additional features include bill payments, cash deposit vouchers, ATM card renewal, e-commerce card activation, language selection, foreign exchange rates, interest rates, transaction limits, information on the bank’s products and services, appointment scheduling, claim submission for failed transactions, receiving bank notifications, submitting complaints and feedback, checkbook requests, payment schedules, income and expenditure graphs, and more.
Moreover, the bank has announced the upcoming public offering of Nepal’s first collective investment fund, the “Muktinath Mutual Fund,” which will be launched for unit sales in the upcoming month of Mangsir. Muktinath Bikas Bank is the promoter of this fund, with Muktinath Capital acting as the fund manager.
