Sudurpaschim Royals to hold grand rally in Dhangadhi on Monday
Prakash Khadka, the CEO of Sudurpaschim Royals, revealed that preparations for the rally are nearly complete.
KATHMANDU: The Sudurpaschim Royals, a Nepal Premier League (NPL) franchise, have announced a grand rally in Dhangadhi on Monday. The event will start from Chauraha and proceed to the stadium.
Prominent players such as marquee star Dipendra Singh Airee, Arif Sheikh, Binod Bhandari, and other team members currently in Nepal will participate in the rally.
Prakash Khadka, the CEO of Sudurpaschim Royals, revealed that preparations for the rally are nearly complete.
He emphasized the team’s commitment to elevating the identity of the Sudurpaschim region through cricket and urged locals to join the rally to show their support for the team.
The NPL, organized by the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), will feature eight teams and is scheduled to take place from Nov 30 to Dec 21.
Dipendra Singh Airee, a record-holding all-rounder, is the marquee player for the Sudurpaschim Royals.
The team’s mentor is Australian cricketer Brad Hodge, while former Nepal national team coach Jagat Tamatta serves as the head coach.
