Partly cloudy skies in Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki hills today
The weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly region of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki States and mainly fair in the rest of the areas in the afternoon today.
KATHMANDU: The westerly wind has its influence while the local winds have general impact in the western and hilly areas across the country at present, said the Meteorological Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.
Currently, the weather is partly cloudy in the hilly region of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki States while dense fog in some places of Terai region.

There is the possibility of light rain at one or two places of the hilly region in Koshi and Gandaki States, the Department said.

The Department has stated that there is a likelihood of occurrence of dense fog during morning and night in the Terai region in the next 24 hours with partial impact on agriculture health, tourism, mountaineering and road and air travel, and hence requested for taking precautions.
