KATHMANDU: Germany secured a 7-0 victory against Bosnia in the UEFA Nations League on Saturday, marking the largest win in the tournament’s six-year history.

Tim Kleindienst and Florian Wirtz both scored twice in the dominant performance.

With this win, Germany clinched the League A, Group 3 title with one game to spare and had already secured a spot in the quarterfinals.

The loss relegates Bosnia to the tournament’s second tier.

Jamal Musiala opened the scoring for Germany, followed by goals from Kai Havertz and Leroy Sané.

In another Group 3 match, the Netherlands thrashed Hungary 4-0.

Meanwhile, in League B, Group 1, Georgia and Ukraine drew 1-1, while Albania and the Czech Republic played out a goalless draw.
