Pandit appointed ambassador to Israel

KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel has appointed Dr. Dhan Prasad Pandit as Nepal’s ambassador to Israel.

According to the Constitution of Nepal, the appointment was made on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.

The decision was announced in a statement issued by the President’s Office on Wednesday.

Dr. Pandit will now represent Nepal in Israel as the country’s residential ambassador.
