RSP MP Ashok Chaudhary arrested

KATHMANDU: Ashok Kumar Chaudhary, a Member of Parliament from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has been arrested by police during a protest in Baluwatar.

Along with him, Birendra Kumar Shrestha, the party’s Chair for the Taplejung district, was also taken into custody.

The arrests occurred as the MPs participated in the demonstration, raising concerns over various political issues.
