Man held for raping 35-year-old woman

KATHMANDU: A 45-year-old Nirmal Thapa of Rupandehi, Kanchan Rural Municipality-4 was arrested by the police on Saturday evening on the charge of raping a 35-year-old woman.

Based on the complaint that Thapa had raped the woman, the police stationed from the area police office, Rudrapur, arrested him.

The police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
