New developments in Surya Darshan Cooperative fraud case: Another arrest made

KATHMANDU: The Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) has made another significant arrest in connection with the Surya Darshan Cooperative fraud case.

Ram Bahadur Khanal, the director of Nature Herbs International, was apprehended in the Pani Pokhari area of Kathmandu.

Following his arrest, he has been transferred to Kaski for further investigation.

Khanal, a resident of Bagalephant in Tanahun, is also known to be an investor in the company owned by GB Rai.

This latest development underscores the CIB’s ongoing efforts to unravel the complexities of the Surya Darshan Cooperative fraud, as authorities continue to pursue leads and gather evidence in this high-profile case.
