Government transfers CDOs in 17 districts (with list)

KATHMANDU: The government has transferred Chief District Officers (CDOs) in 17 districts, including Lalitpur and Bhaktapur.

The Ministry of Home Affairs announced the changes on Friday.

Among the notable transfers, Ganesh Aryal, the CDO of Rupandehi, has been moved to the District Administration Office in Parsa.

Vasudev Ghimire has been appointed as the new CDO for Rupandehi.

Additionally, Tukraj Pokhrel has been assigned to Dhankuta, Punya Bikram Poudel to Gorkha, Shyam Krishna Thapa to Tanahun, and Janardan Gautam to Gulmi.
