Kumari Bank launches Tihar & Chhath cashback offer

KATHMANDU: Kumari Bank has launched a Tihar and Chhath Cashback Offer for its customers as a token of good wishes during the upcoming Tihar and Chhath festivals.

The offer will run for nine days, from Kartik 14 to Kartik 22, covering the Tihar festival and Chhath celebration period.

On the days of Bhai Tika and Kija Puja, the first 1,000 customers who make fund transfers via mobile banking will receive 25% cashback on the transferred amount, up to a maximum of Rs 50.

Additionally, during the remaining eight days, Kumari Bank customers will have the opportunity to earn cashback when purchasing goods and services using debit cards, credit cards, or mobile banking. Each day, 50 card users and 50 mobile banking users will receive 25% cashback, up to a maximum of Rs 501, based on the transaction amount.

To increase the number of beneficiaries, the bank has implemented a system where the earliest transactions between 8 AM and 11:59 PM will receive the cashback, with no repeat benefits for the same customer.

The bank believes that such incentives will encourage customers to conduct financial transactions using electronic payment methods during the festive season, thereby contributing to the growth of the digital economy.
