Gold price sets new record once again

KATHMANDU: The price of gold has risen again. On Sunday, the price of Chhapawal gold set a new record, reaching Rs 165,000 per tola, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

Previously, on Friday, the price of gold was set at Rs 164,400 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver also increased on Sunday.

The price of hallmark silver, which was traded at Rs 1,980 per tola on Friday, has now risen to Rs 2,075 per tola on Sunday.
