Government’s 100 days successful: Minister Chaurasia

KATHMANDU: Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Ajay Kumar Chaurasia, has said the 100 days of the incumbent government went successfully.

He asserted the coalition government of the two largest parties in the parliament- the Nepali Congress (NC) and the CPN (UML) and others- has been able to make the citizens feel the implementation of a zero policy against corruption and the good governance.

Minister Chaurasia was speaking at a festival reception organised by the Nepal Press Union (NPU), Parsa here today on the occasion of the Dashain, Tihar, Chhath and Nepal Sambat festivals, the Minister pledged the support from the federal government to strengthen local levels.

In his response to journalist’s query, the Minister assured that the upcoming winter session of the federal parliament will enact remaining bills relating to the federal, province and local levels.

The programme was chaired by NPU Parsa President Bijay Chauhan.
