KATHMANDU: A 75-year-old Naveen Raj Rai, resident of the Dharan Sub-Metropolitan-8, Siddhartha Marga, was found dead on Tuesday in a drain near Dharan Sub-metropolitan-8 Dhankute Road.
The police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
