The company’s spokesperson, Sharmila Neupane, mentioned that 208 goats and 300 himalayan goats have already arrived by Saturday.

The first batch of 208 goats has arrived from Hetauda, while the rest are on their way.

The mountain goats have been brought from Mustang.

Every year, during festivals, the company purchases and sells goats and mountain goats at reasonable prices for consumers.

This year, the company plans to bring 1,100 goats and 300 himalayan goats for Dashain.

Private traders, however, have already started selling goats from the day of Ghatasthapana.

Due to the high demand for goats during Dashain, traders purchase goats from various districts and bring them to the valley for sale.
