Campana’s last-minute goal secures Inter Miami’s victory over Toronto FC

KATHMANDU: Inter Miami secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Toronto FC in a Major League Soccer (MLS) match on Sunday morning, with Leonardo Campana scoring the decisive goal.

With this win, Miami has extended their points tally to 71 from 33 games, maintaining their position at the top of the standings.

Meanwhile, Toronto, sitting in 20th place, has 37 points from 34 games.

Lionel Messi entered the field in the 61st minute, but it was in stoppage time of the second half that Miami clinched the win.

In the 93rd minute, Luis Suárez delivered a cross, allowing Campana to score the match-winning goal.
