Flood Care Nepal 2024: Samsung offers support for flood-affected products
Water logging in people’s homes may have led to possible damage to Samsung products.
KATHMANDU: In response to the ongoing floods and landslides caused by incessant monsoon rains, Samsung has initiated the ‘Flood Care 2024’ campaign to assist its customers in Nepal.
Many homes have been affected by water logging, potentially causing damage to Samsung products.
As part of the campaign, Samsung is offering free repair services for water-damaged products, waiving all labor charges and providing replacement parts at no cost.
This service is available for Samsung products that are still within their warranty period.
With this initiative, Samsung aims to extend its support to loyal customers whose products may have been impacted by the floods, ensuring they receive timely assistance during this challenging period.
Customers can avail the service from their nearest Samsung Service Centres (t&c apply) from 4th October to 13th October, 2024.
