KATHMANDU: Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited (LS Capital) and Nepal Infrastructures Investment Fund (NIIF) have entered into an agreement to provide advisory services for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of NIIF.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Mr. Bijaya Lal Shrestha, CEO of LS Capital, and Dr. Manish Thapa, Executive Chairman of Nepal Infrastructures Investment Fund.

Nepal Infrastructures Investment Fund Limited (NIIF), established by Global Equity Fund Limited (GEF), is a permanent investment vehicle for Nepal’s insurance companies.

It focuses on agriculture, clean energy & clean tech, tourism, ICT, health care, and manufacturing. NIIF was registered on Kartik 29, 2079 BS, and made its first investment on Magh 05, 2079 BS.

It has an authorized capital of NPR 150 crores and an issued capital of NPR 120 crores, with a 20% share reserved for an upcoming IPO.

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited (LS Capital) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited.
