Gold price rises by Rs 400 per tola, Silver increases by Rs 30 in local market

KATHMANDU: The price of yellow metal saw a slight increase in the local market today.

After a continuous decline, the price of gold rose by Rs 400 per tola today.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of Chhapawal gold, which was traded at Rs 160,900 per tola on Thursday, has been set at Rs 161,300 per tola for today.

Similarly, the price of silver also increased by Rs 30 per tola.

The price of silver, which was traded at Rs 1,950 per tola on Thursday, has been set at Rs 1,980 per tola for today.
