GIBL inks partnership deal with Manipal Teaching Hospital for various discount facilities to bank’s customers

KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank Limited (GIBL) and Nepal Manipal Teaching Hospital have signed an agreement to provide various discounts on healthcare services to Global IME Bank customers.
The agreement was signed by Sushobhan Devkota, the Chief of GIBL’s Gandaki State, and Anil Oduvil, the Chief Executive Officer of the hospital.
As per the agreement, the hospital will offer discounts ranging from a minimum of 10% to 100% on healthcare services to customers using the bank’s debit/credit cards and the Global Smart Plus mobile app.
To avail of these discounts, customers must pay their hospital bills using GIBL’s debit or credit cards or through mobile banking.
Bank customers will receive a 100% discount on registration fees, a 25% discount on regular bed charges, 15% off on general check-ups, and 10% off on surgeries and special tests.
However, no discounts will be available for doctor consultations.
