Actor Govinda accidentally gets shot in the leg

KATHMANDU: According to Indian media outlet Zee News, Bollywood actor Govinda has been shot in the foot. He is currently hospitalized in the ICU at Center Hospital.

The incident occurred early Tuesday morning at around 5 AM while Govinda was on his way to Kolkata.

According to his manager, the shooting happened accidentally when Govinda was cleaning his licensed revolver, which suddenly slipped from his hand and discharged.

While Govinda’s condition is reported to be stable, he will remain in the ICU for 24 hours for observation despite his health being normal.
