KATHMANDU: The Nepal Italy Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI) hosted a high-level bilateral meeting with Mr. Ricardo Dalla Costa, General Consul of Italy in Kolkata.
The discussions were led by NICCI President Mr. Sanjay Agrawal and Mrs. Pratima Pandey, Honorary Consul General of Italy for Nepal, with the goal of strengthening trade relations between Nepal and Italy.
The meeting emphasized collaboration in key sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, tourism, and technology, identifying potential growth areas for both nations.
Plans were also laid out for upcoming business forums and trade fairs to foster cross-border investments and partnership opportunities.
Both parties reaffirmed their shared vision of enhancing economic ties, aiming to stimulate bilateral trade and investment between Nepal and Italy, while also exploring avenues to engage the wider South Asian market.
