KATHMANDU: Tata Motors has introduced an emergency service facility for Tata passenger vehicles affected by the recent nationwide floods, landslides, and waterlogging.

Customers can access this service by contacting Tata Motors’ hotline, and technicians will visit their homes to provide assistance.
The Tata Motors service team will carry out vehicle inspections and repairs at the customer’s residence. If on-site repairs are not feasible, the vehicles will be transported to Sipradi’s service center for comprehensive repairs and then returned to the customers, as per the company’s statement.
This initiative is designed to protect customers’ vehicles from additional damage and ensure efficient customer service during these challenging times.

Kumar Bhandari, General Manager of the company’s service department, informed that this special emergency service facility is being offered to help Tata customers deal with the inconvenience caused by the floods, especially during the festive season.
