Pakistan offers support to flood-affected Nepal amid tragedy

KATHMANDU: Pakistan has expressed its readiness to assist Nepal in the wake of devastating floods and landslides.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif conveyed his profound sorrow over the loss of precious lives due to the floods and extended heartfelt condolences to Nepalese Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and the people of Nepal on behalf of the Government of Pakistan and its citizens.

According to the Pakistani Embassy in Nepal, having faced a catastrophic flood in 2022, Pakistan stands in solidarity during this difficult time and is prepared to provide the necessary assistance to the Nepalese government.
