Two young men die in Mahottari flood, 12-year-old girl rescued

KATHMANDU: Two young men have lost their lives due to floods in Mahottari.

Rohit Sah, 16, was swept away by the Soni River flood, and 21-year-old Man Bahadur Theng from Bardibas-10 died from suffocation while crossing the Sir River, according to the District Police Office, Mahottari.

Meanwhile, police rescued a 12-year-old girl who had also gone to see the Soni River flood with Rohit Sah.
