Man dies of lightning strike

KATHMANDU: A 28-year-old Sakro Hemaram, a resident of Dhanjhuwa, Rangeli Municipality-9, Morang died on Tuesday afternoon after being struck by lightning.

He died on the spot when he was struck by lightning while cutting grass in a paddy field near his home.

Also, 1 person who was injured due to lightning is being treated at Rangeli Hospital.

The police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
