Man dies of electrocution

KATHMANDU: Bhima Bahadur Gharti Magar, a 63-year-old resident of Rupandehi, Ghodaha in Devdaha Municipality-9, has tragically died from an electric shock.

The incident occurred on Sunday evening while he was working in his field near his home, where he was using an electric motor to draw water.

He was severely injured after coming into contact with the motor’s electrical wires and was subsequently taken to Lumbini State Hospital in Butwal for treatment.

Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries on Monday morning.

The police are currently conducting an investigation into the incident.
