Gold prices hit record ihgh of Rs 159,200 per tola in Nepali Market

KATHMANDU: Gold prices in the Nepali market reached a new record high today (Monday).

The price, which had increased on Sunday, continued its upward trend, setting a fresh milestone.

On Monday, the price of gold increased by Rs 400 per tola, reaching Rs 159,200.

This marks the highest price ever recorded.

The previous day’s price for hallmark gold had stood at Rs 158,800 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver remained stable.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, silver was traded at Rs 1,920 per tola on Sunday, and the same price was maintained today.
