Chhabilal Joshi brought to Pokhara, set to appear in court tomorrow

KATHMANDU: Chhabilal Joshi, a former Deputy Inspector General of Nepal Police, has been brought to Pokhara after being arrested in connection with a fraud case involving the Surya Darshan Loan and Savings Cooperative.

According to Mohan Kumar Thapa, the chief of the Kaski District Police Office, Joshi was apprehended in Kathmandu and transported to Pokhara today.

He is scheduled to be presented in court tomorrow (Monday).
