KATHMANDU: The report of the Special Cooperative Fraud Investigation Committee has been submitted to the Police Headquarters.

The Ministry of Home Affairs on Sunday issued a directive to the police to implement the report of the cooperative investigation.

According to the government’s decision, the Ministry of Home Affairs has informed that a directive circular has been sent to the Police Headquarters to execute the committee’s report.

The Council of Ministers has already decided to implement the committee’s report. With the directive from the Ministry of Home Affairs, the way has been cleared for the police to investigate those whose names have been recommended for action.

The Special Cooperative Investigation Committee has also recommended action against Rabi Lamichhane, president of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).
