Sandeep set to face the Supreme Court!

KATHMANDU: The Attorney General’s Office is going to the Supreme Court against the decision of Nepali star spinner Sandeep Lamichhane.

The Attorney General’s Office has decided to go to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Patan High Court acquitting Lamichhane of rape charges.

Along with the full text of the judgment in the case, the Office of the High Public Prosecutor, Patan, prepared an opinion that an appeal should be made against the judgment.

After studying the file, the Attorney General’s Office decided to appeal the case.
