Nepal Police Women’s Volleyball team claims title at CAVA Women’s Volleyball Club Championship

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Police Women’s Volleyball Team clinched the title at the CAVA Women’s Volleyball Club Championship, held in the Maldives from Sept 15 to Sept 20.

In Saturday’s final match, the team defeated Uzbekistan’s Humo Club with a straight-sets victory of 3-0.

Usha Bhandari was named the Best Outside Hitter and the Overall Best Player of the tournament, while Sumitra Regmi was recognized as the Best Middle Blocker and Shantikali Tamang received the award for Best Libero.
