Dashain Tika 2024: Best Time at 11:36 AM

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Panchang Nirnayak Bikas Samiti has released the auspicious times for this year’s Dashain festival.
According to the announcement, the most auspicious time for Vijaya Dashami Tika is on Oct 12 (Ashwin 26) at 11:36 AM.
The auspicious time for Ghatasthapana is set for Oct 3 (Ashwin 17) at 9:16 AM, as per the Samiti. Devi Visarjan’s time is set at 8:33 AM on the same day.
Those receiving Tika should face the east.
On October 4 (Ashwin 18), there is an auspicious time to change the flag, which is set for 9:14 AM.
During this ceremony, one must face west to hoist the flag.
The auspicious time for the Pachali Bhairav Yatra on Oct 8 (Ashwin 22) and for bringing in Fulpati on October 10 (Ashwin 24) is set for 7:11 AM, with the stability ceremony (Sthirasan) at 8:43 AM.
Oct 11 (Ashwin 25) marks Maha Ashtami, Kalratri, and Mahanavami, all falling on the same day, as per the Samiti.
