FNJ acting chair Ramesh Bista resigns amid election delays

KATHMANDU: Ramesh Bista, the acting Chair of the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ), has resigned due to complications in the membership purification process that have prevented the elections.

He submitted his resignation on Friday to the union’s vice chair, Bala Adhikari, and general secretary, Roshan Puri.

Bista stepped into the role of acting chair following the resignation of the union’s former chair, Bipul Pokhrel.
