Teen held for raping a minor

KATHMANDU: Police on Wednesday morning arrested 19-year-old Yam Bahadur Pun, a resident of Dang, Babai Rural Municipality-1 Kumbas, on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl.

Based on a complaint that Yam Bahadur raped the girl on the Bhadraa 22 last year on the Gangte road in Babai Rural Municipality-1, the police stationed from the area police office, Khalatpur, arrested him.

The police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
