Tata Punch EV launched with grandeur simultaneously in four cities

KATHMANDU: The much-anticipated Tata Punch EV has been launched with grandeur simultaneously in four cities of Nepal: Chitwan, Pokhara, Butwal, and Bhairahawa.
The electric compact SUV, which has been highly awaited and prioritized by many, was officially unveiled in these cities on the same day, as announced by Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd.
At the event in Pokhara, Sipradi CEO Rajanbabu Shrestha and PCCI Pokhara President Pawan Prajapati were present.
In Bhairahawa and Butwal, the event featured Sipradi COO Rajeshprasad Giri, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit Head Savantjung Sijapati, and Siddharthnagar Chamber of Commerce Chair Thakur Prasad Shrestha.
The Chitwan event included Sipradi Vice Chair Saurabh Thapaliya and Chitwan Chamber of Commerce President Surya Prasad Neupane.
Speaking at the Pokhara event, CEO Rajanbabu Shrestha expressed excitement over the formal launch of the Tata Punch EV, which had already received high demand and bookings across Nepal following its public reveal at the NADA Auto Show.
He highlighted the company’s focus on not only boosting vehicle sales but also strengthening the EV ecosystem.
At the Bhairahawa-Butwal event, COO Rajeshprasad Giri assured the audience of the company’s commitment to providing excellent after-sales service along with vehicle sales.
During the events, keys to the vehicles were handed over to customers who had pre-booked the Tata Punch EV in Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, and Bhairahawa.
Many customers expressed their excitement about driving the Tata Punch EV upon receiving their keys.
The Tata Punch EV is priced starting at Rs 3,399,000. The variant includes advanced features such as a voice-assisted sunroof, a 360-degree camera, leatherette ventilated seats, six airbags, a wireless charger, and wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay.
The vehicle boasts a ground clearance of 190 mm and has received a 5-star safety rating from the BNCAP.
